Qualifications & Basic Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Current TB clearance
  • CPR certification
  • Pre-employment medical clearance
  • Reliable transportation

In-Person or Virtual Interview

  • Updated Resume
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Complete 5-year work history
  • Proof of work eligibility
  • Current CNA / GNA / RN / LPN / CMT license
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • TB clearance (within 1 year) or Chest X-ray

Background & Reference Check

  • Professional reference check (past 2 years)
  • Criminal background check
  • Social Security Number verification
  • Board of Nursing disciplinary action check

Orientation & Onboarding

  • Introduce you to ZHC’s mission and standards
  • Review your responsibilities and expectations
  • Provide onboarding materials

  • Specialty care topics like Dementia, Infection Control, and more
