Return & Refund Policy

Z Health Care’s Return & Refund Policy applies only to physical or digital products and excludes healthcare services.
Overview
Z Health Care primarily offers professional in-home health care services. As such, services rendered are non-refundable once delivered. However, if you have purchased any physical materials (e.g., training kits, uniforms) or digital products, the following policy applies.
Non-Returnable Services
All in-home health care services provided by Z Health Care are customized and non-returnable. Once service is initiated or completed, it is not eligible for refund.
Physical Product Returns
If we provide any physical items (training materials, equipment, or branded merchandise), you may request a return under the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened medical supplies

  • Used uniforms

  • Customized products

Digital Product Refunds
For digital training or educational materials, we do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If the digital product was purchased by mistake and not accessed, you may request a refund within 7 days.
Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
